Make Sure Your Chrome Is Good Before The Warranty Expires and Watch That Selector Switch
I've had this torque wrench for probably around 5yrs or so. Thought I'd put a review out as this is my most expensive torque wrench and it looks the worse with an obvious failed chroming process that within 2yrs has left this thing hard to read and looking like garbage. I'm also not a fan of the oversized selector switch that tends to find it's way in between directions in tight places causing over torque and has even caused me to snap a bolt or two. Crazy thing is I actually trust a $10 Harbor Freight Pittsburgh torque wrench over my Wright Tool. I love that this tool was made in the USA and struggle to leave a poor review but products don't improve without feedback and consumers need to stretch their dollar. I can't recommend this tool and will be replacing with an Icon compact from HFT.

Made in USA. Fast shipping. Great product. Much cheaper than other brands. Best price I found after looking at other Sites. Very heavy duty. Solid feel and includes a calibration certificate.

Seems pretty good so far. Not made by Wright Tool. This wrench is made by CDI, a division of Snap-On. The ratchet head is made in Taiwan. Wright never mentions any of that in their catalog. Forget about the 10 ft/lbs. minimum. If you need to measure between 10 ft/lbs. and 20 ft/lbs., you'll need another wrench, like maybe 50-250 inch/lbs. It does come with a hard plastic case.

What else is there to say about a torque wrench? It feels very well made, unlike the piece of crap I picked up from a local auto store that broke almost instantly. It comes calibrated from the factory, which is always a plus. And it comes in a very nice case to keep it safe. I would definitely recommend this!

Highly recommend
Wright tool co. makes some of the best tools money can buy and this torque wrench is no exception! The fit and finish of this torque wrench is excellent. I would not hesitate to put this up against any snap on or mac torque wrenches. Best of all wright makes all of their tools here in the USA with American steel.
