Does the job but a bit flimsy
It’s quite difficult to find satin black data port sockets so when I saw this I decided it was just what I was looking for.It was delivered within the stated timescales and was well packaged.Unfortunately, on opening it, it was apparent that it was a bit flimsy. The mounting plate does not inspire confidence when screwing to the backing box and the clip on front cover feels a bit thin and bendy.There were no relevant instructions provided - just instructions to fit 230v sockets, light switches, etc. It’s not complicated as I have fitted many data ports over the years but wouldn’t be so easy for a novice.Overall, I have decided to keep the data port but only because it is particularly hard to find an alternative product.
