Love this! Worked great! Just make sure your watermelon is ripe. Tried it on a cantaloupe that wasn't ripe enough and it stuck a bit. However, it was fantastic on a ripe watermelon . So much easier than cutting up with a knife.

Slicer works perfectly. I liked the spoon as well, just the sharp teeth on the second cutting end of the spoon can scratch your palm during turning movement of your hand.

Neither I or my science teacher son-in-law could get this to work quite like the picture. It does get some slices out but it isn't big enoughto really get down to the core so you waste allot of watermelon.Also, it leaves allot of juice. I am getting rid of it and going back to using a knife.Also, you don't have the rind to hold onto so it is a mess piece.

Just wish I got an instruction manual with this purchase.

Works great, however there is no direction showing how to use it & I cut up an entire watermelon using it upside down! End result was several blisters on 3 fingers. I doubt this would have happened with directions.

Very disappointing! Does not perform as displayed in the TV add. Difficult to handle. Does not make a clean cut. The pieces of watermelon are all chopped up. At first I thought I just didn't know how to use properly but my family members had the same experience.

very useful & also fun to stump friends with 'what is this',they all want one when they find out-that's why I bought 5 & probably am needing more for xmas etc.
