I am sure all traders have emotions and twisting of gut before, during and after a trade but how many actually describe those emotions and feelings while they are trading and in a formal journal. This journal made me do exactly that and the result so far has been extraordinary, I made a number of videos during my journey through the first 2 blocks of 11 pages and that further enhanced the benefit of the journal.
