Brooks Women's Glycerin 19 Neutral Running Shoe

I bought these shoes a little over a year ago to wear at work- I'm a nurse so I stand for 8+ hours a day, and walk 5-7 miles a shift. these shoes are so comfy and have held up extremely well considering what they've been through. the soles are still plushy and supportive, and there are very few signs of wear and tear- just some minor fraying around the ankle and laces. I can't speak to how these shoes hold up outside but for indoor, low intensity use they're great. I've tossed them in the washing machine a few times with no issue. I have wide feet and these don't feel narrow at all. I and many of the nurses I work with swear by Brooks!

First time using Brooks Glycerin and I love them! I mainly got them as running shoes and I was looking for comfort and cushion because I have been feeling heel pain due to a bone spur. I also always struggle to find wide shoes and was very surprised to see Brooks offers 3-4 different widths!I’m 8.5 in shoe size and always get size 9 wide running shoes. With these Brooks I ordered a 9.5 neutral size which I use with a pair of insoles to add stability.

Ive had a few pairs of Brooks and loved each one but this one has a really snug toe box. Normally I dont need to break in my Brooks but this pair is taking some time. Unless you have narrow feet, you may consider a wide.

I love this shoe I have another pair. I wear it for everything from walking to exercising. It is very comfortable.

I’ve gone through a lot of brands trying to find one that can save my feet while working long shifts. Brooks has been my go to for the last 1.5 years or so. These seem better for my high arches than the ghost series. And I’m overweight, so that puts shoes through the ringer. These have held up for the last 2 months so far. Rotating with another pair that are the ghost 14. They still have a fair amount of cushion. I’ll most likely buy glycerin again when it’s time to replace a pair.

Perfect shoes for my foot type. After much research I found the Glycerin. It has helped the problem I had with hips hurting while walking in the road or a hard surface during power walk. In fact my hips do not hurt at all with these shoes.

Great fit, fits as expected. Great cushioning in a neutral shoe for running inside and outside on flat road. Also great for working 12 hour shifts on my feet.

Had to send them back as they were about one size smaller than other brands.

First 2 weeks of these shows I thought it made a mistake, I sized up 1/2 size and thought I should of gone full size up, terrible blisters and they were I comfortable for first 3 or 4 runs. However since breaking in they have been amazing and I noticed an improvement in my pace very quickly. Have run about 150 road miles in them now, approx 20 a week and love them! Re the size I am satisfied the 1/2 size up was sufficient and would buy again!Good sturdy design and they make my feet look smaller bizarrely!

Waited ages for these to be shipped from US. I have a few oringinal of trainers. I wasn’t happy to receive them in a plain box. Hard to tell if genuine

I initially bought a glecerin pair from Brooks after them being HIGHLY recommended by a fellow runner who swears by them! Unfortunately she failed to tell me to buy half a size bigger than my actual foot size, so they felt a little snug on the toe. That glecerin 19 pair I originally ordered had no size 6.5 available so I bought a similar pair.. but they DO NOT DISAPPOINT! I’ve NEVER spent so much on trainers (I own about 8 pairs) but I believe these WILL get me through the October 2021 London Marathon! Incredible!

Really like the design/ colour of these shoes however, these were far too narrow for me and had to return them.

Brooks Glycerine always my go to, so very happy so far. Colors look even better than on the pictures
