These dummies are tough and hard to chew. Otherwise the flavor is good and they help with my urinary health.

These cranberry gummy’s taste very good even though They are harder than the average gummy to chew. I use them for urinary tract health, and I have definitely seen an improvement within a couple of days of starting these gummies. I believe they’re a great value for their money. I love the taste , I take them with my apple cider gummies which helps with the taste of those.

These things are very hard. They stick together in one big blob in the bottle, and are very difficult to bite into and chew. I bought these for my elderly mother and she refuses to take them, since she can't chew them. With a lot of effort she can bite them off in small pieces and swallow the bits like pills, but lately she's just refused to take them altogether. Given all that, I'd say they are a colossal waste of money. If they had the consistency of all other gummies and/or tasted better it would be a lot easier to get her to take them. Also, they taste and smell like Play-Doh
