The bag looked nice on first look & I decided to carry it for my camera on my international trip. It's my first trip and it's already falling apart. I am very particular about my stuff & take care of them properly. Didn't expect that this bag won't even last a single trip.

The bag itself is okay, I think well padded for what you can carry in there. Not to be banged around though, so standard common sense should apply. The overall quality seems fine, the snaps leave much to be desired. I opened the snaps to open the flap to get into the bag twice, and the back of the snap has bent twice now. So I can imagine some repair work in the very near future. Other than that, the strap is fine and carrying around my D7100 and a couple of lenses and a tripod, was very comfortable.

I needed a bag that could hold my camera WITH the 70-200 lens attached, and still hold things like the extra batteries. This isn't great to look at but it works perfectly and I feel would keep my camera and lens safe from bumps. It is very roomy and you can take out the center padded area if you need to. The camera is a Canon Rebel T-3 and the lens is a Sigma with shield. Everything fits nicely so I don't have to carry the camera bag and the lens bag then switch to the longer lens while at our meets, only to have to switch everything back to go home. It works as intended and I'll keep using it until it falls apart.

This bag looks much nicer and better quality than I expected. It is definitely sturdy.A little more bulky than I had anticipated (make sure you look at the measurements) but plenty of space inside. There are tons of zipped up pockets and compartments of various sizes on the outside of the bag, a large pocket inside, and one large compartment inside with plenty of padding. Soft pieces with velcro and some padding are supplied to make more compartments out of the large one inside the bag if needed.The fabric is definitely at least water-repellent, as you can tell from the photo (taken after I ran the bag under the faucet for 30 seconds or so). Water just rolls off of the canvas. The handle is not waterproof, and the zippers are not watertight so you still want to be careful with extended exposure to torrential rains. For a light sprinkle, it shouldn't be a problem and this bag will keep your equipment dry. The large inside compartment has a zipper enclosing it entirely, in addition to the flap that closes on top.There is ample padding inside, which will add to the waterproof nature of the bag.The cons: the handle is a bit on the short side (but plenty adequate for what I need) and not padded. This bag can hold a lot of stuff and get quite heavy. Padding in the handle would help. Also, if you close the bag with the two straps, getting your equipment in and out will be a hassle. It is easier to simply close the flap without buckling the straps if you need quick and easy access to your camera.I have a fairly large camera, the D750, combined with a fairly large lens. You can see in the photo that there is plenty of room for my equipment, and a couple more lenses. My camera, which is not small, looks tiny next to the bag.I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. It was NOT given to me for free (I paid about half-price for it) and I do not benefit from giving a positive review rather than a negative one. I ordered this bag with some amount of trepidation. After all, I am a semi-pro shooter (paid for my work, just not earning all my living at it) and most of my bags are Tamrac, Lowepro, or another big-name bag. What would I get for such a low price?Well, here is the answer. I transferred two L-Series lenses (28-70 2.8 and a 70-200 2.8), a 5D Mark II with battery grip, a 580 flash, a couple batteries, and other accessories to the bag for a small job I had to shoot that would require some walking around. The bag is well padded and did a great job protecting my gear. It sat well on my shoulder and while I had some concerns about the mesh strap holding in place while I walked around, those concerns were unfounded. The bag stayed right where I put it as I walked, bent, and stooped during the shoot. The bag was easy to get in and out of and provided a nice comfy "nest" for the gear I wasn't using at the moment.My next test was water resistance as it is billed as such by the seller. I removed my gear and put newspaper in the bag to simulate it being full of gear and to show any water leaks that may have occurred during my testing. I took the bag outside, laid it in the middle of my front lawn and turned the garden hose on it. Expecting to find wet newspaper inside I opened the bag and found that not one drop of water had made it into the bag. The newspaper was completely dry. Most impressive!These guys have built a great bag that I can recommend to anyone who is looking for a smaller carry bag. This will not hold a ton of gear, but there was enough room to hold two pro-grade lenses, a pro-grade body with battery grip attached, and a large flash as well as some data cards, my iPad mini, two extra batteries and my keys. The material seems like it will hold up well with repeated use. I will update as I own this longer and use it.I would recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for a mid-sized carry bag that is easy to deal with, looks nice, and is a stable place to keep your unused gear. It is well-built...much better than I would have expected based on it's price. You can buy this bag with confidence.To be completely transparent, I purchased this bag at a modest discount in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
