I like the product but it came in bad conditions it was melted and still i keep it but when i opened the first one the cream was in the top cover

Honestly my favorite thing to use for my lips. I threw out all my other lip balms. My lips rip in my sleep all the time, and when I use this, it heals by the end of the day. It keeps my lips soft even after its been rubbed off.
