FINALLY - a planner that has everything I am looking for!
OK, this is my first time writing a review and I had to because I have been searching for months for the right planner for me. I've had a goal journal, a wellness planner, a bullet journal, a calendar planner... and I have been so frustrated searching for something that combines all of these things in one. Until now.My requirement for the ultimate planner:-allows me to have a monthly view-allows me to see my daily/weekly schedule-allows me to identify and track goals (plus if I can reflect on those goals weekly/monthly)-allows me space to outline my to-do's-allows me track my water habits (I usually have to manually write this in)-has bullet pages for me to add notes/other things-allows me to track my exercise and meals-allows me to show daily gratitudeI'm not kidding when I say this thing has ALL of these things. Simply amazing. On top of that, it's undated so you can start whenever you want and skip days when nothing happened without leaving blank pages looking all sad. I especially love the monthly and weekly check-in pages, where you can really reflect and see how things are moving along at a macro level. One more thing - I LOVE all these bright planners out there, but when I am at work, I can't exactly showcase it without raising eyebrows. This planner is chic, so I can secretly add my pops of color to the inside.

Do I like it? NO! I LOVE IT!
This is the 2nd item I am purchasing from Simple Self. I have been using the smaller version for almost 2 month now and I feel like I am ready for bigger intentions. I don’t usually write reviews to be honest but since I love Simple Self products I couldn’t help but sharing my experience with Amazon community. Some of the key factors I adore here:• Doesn’t have the dates attached to weekdays (not a calendar) like many other planners which, in fact, makes it more flexible to use.• This planner is worth the price because you can tell a lot of thought went into the design: it is made in the US, it uses high-quality sustainable materials (ex: linen cover and thick paper), as well as I love supporting small businesses.• Monthly reflection section is something most planners out there are missing yet this one has and I do think it might have something to do with the brand itself: most countries don’t have the mentality to math your goals to check whether you are on the right path or not. Love it!• Water intake tracking – this is crucial to me because I need to drink as much water as possible as it helps to keep my skin fresh.• Breakfast, lunch and dinner tracking which is also important because it helps to keep in mind not to overeat heavy food and feel exhausted at the end of the day.• Gratitude section is hugely beneficial to me as I prime for a minute every single morning and this would allow me to take notes of the most important aspects of my daily priming session.• Plenty of space to paste some favorite stickers and make the pages brighter.P.S.: This planner is something I consider getting as a gift for one of my best friends because she just had her 2nd baby and she once mentioned she was struggling with time-management and eating habits, and I do believe this is going to be beneficial for her personal growth to start tracking her daily and weekly habits in order to get in the same mental and physical shape as she was before the baby.

A Little Rough
I love the content and quality of this planner. It has all the right questions to keep me on track with my goals. The issue I keep running into with this planner, however, is the functionality. All of the content for the month is in the front while weekly goals are in the back causing me to flip back and forth between the two versus having that smooth transition from your monthly overview into your weekly breakdown. This can be easily fixed by a little sticky tab. My other issue with this planner is the lack of consistency when it comes to the start day of the week, the monthly view starts on a Sunday while the weekly breakdowns starts on Monday. Overall this planner really messes with my need for consistency, smooth transitions and functionality.

For those ambitious types who forget to slow down
I am so picky about planners (having used many since I learned how to write), and this one has passed the test. It is the "self" planner on my desk, in addition to a mini-journal and a planner that keeps track of my work hours and appointments.I am easing my way into using all of the features (the weekly assessment area - sleep, habits, etc.), but on a daily basis, I can keep track of my self-care actions, food intake (basic form), primary goal, to-do list, exercise, and one thing I'm grateful for, all in one spot. Being a mom, wife, and working 3 jobs, I forget to do something for myself some days, and I need to reduce stress. This journal helps to remind me - fill in those blank spots for the day, including self-care, even if it's just a tub bath at the end of the day.I am able to recognize how all of the features of the day affect each other and the engine that is me, haha. It's all connected. I started to plan my day ahead by filling in some spots ahead of time, so it keeps me on track. Great gift idea for the person you know who does it all but needs better self-care habits and likes to use a paper planner and/or paper journal.
