FINEST HEAD RESTER I've ever bought. It is small, compact and hard. Plus it makes your head and neck stay in place. You don't have to keep wiggling back and forth to make your head and neck feel comfortable.I am more than satisfied with this product.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, VERY POORLY made !! I used mine two times,on my side,then switched it to the passenger side.When I stretched the rubber band to put it over the headrest I noticed that the material of the pillow was totally torn off where the rubber band was attached to the edge of the pillow.I think that this area should have been more reinforced to prevent this from happening.Total loss I threw away all packaging and papers,would Never recommend it.

It's a good pillow but not really useful in my opinion. It didn't sit quite on my neck and I don't like the texture on the front of the pillow. I usually used it with the back facing out because it was more comfortable despite the zipper. It also started ripping about 2 months after I got it. Long story short: I'd look a little more before buying.

Received the product today. But the thread on the front design was already coming out. Had to return it back. Loved the Design, but unfortunately had to return it back due to defective piece.

This was a gift to some else. I have not heard back from them.

Nice quality, quite firm, really works to make driving easier on my chronic neck pain. Easy to use and looks like it will last. I have a Kia Soul and the head rests curve in which aggregates my cervical kyphosis. I read somewhere about taking the head rests out and facing them the other way. Doing this combined with using this neck support pillow has really made a difference.
