I’m 5ft, 126lbs. Had a tummy tuck with lipo. This kept me nice and flat and decreased any swelling. Slipped easily into compression garments. It did slide down at times. If you are bigger or have a longer torso this will be too small for you. Bust 34.5in, waist 30.5in, hips 38in pre surgery measurements

Don’t waste your money. I brought this to add some more compression since my faja is getting lose. Instead it just made it feel less compressed. It was almost as if it was just stretching out my faja. I went back to the lipo foam in between my faja which I feel more compression with. This board is also extremely stiff will not shape around your body. Going to just stick with my lipo foam till I can afford a smaller faja. Save your $

I am short wasted, and so it didn’t fit me well the top hits my ribs and the bottom part hits my pelvic bone, so it’s hard to move around in.
