Quite a find. This little lamp is exactly what I need, living off-grid through the darker months of the year. The light intensity is excellent at full, but stopped down to minimum, it still provides good light for reading or close-up work. The construction seems sturdy, and I can't understand those who criticise the clip for being too weak or flimsy - it's solid enough to grip onto a table edge or 18mm plywood. With a 20Ah power bank, this light lasts several nights on a medium setting, and throttled back to minimum it hardly seems to drain the batteries. Since it is a ring light (and a good size, too), the dispersion angle is greater than a spot reading light. I found the three colour temperature settings great for avoiding too much blue light before bedtime. At the reduced price this lamp is a bargain - even at regular price it seems great value for what you get. It's larger than it looks in the photos.

I use this light for when I'm reading, building and painting miniatures, creating things with resin and other things. The lamp has three lighting modes. Warm light, white warm light and white light and each light mode is dimmable to your personal preference using the +/- buttons. This coupled with the fully adjustable goose neck arm means I can get the perfect angle and amount of light for whatever I'm doing at the time. The metal clip to attach the lamp to your working surface is strong enough to hold in place and has pads to prevent scratching the furniture. The ring shape of the light is useful as it means I can have the light right on top of my project when I'm working on detailed sections and I can use the hole to see through. The only thing that could make it better would be to have a magnifying lens in there. It's powered by USB port so you can power it from your laptop for example which aids its portability. I use a USB adapter and power if from the wall socket and this suits me fine. All in all I can't really fault it. It was good value, I get a lot of use out of it, and it does everything I need it to. It's a great little lamp.

This is a good light that gets bright and has an even spread of light. Using it for pictures is fine if the subject is small but larger objects don’t benefit much. The spread of the light is even, meaning the LEDs are barely individually distinguishable so the light emitted does not seem like it is coming from individual bulbs. The frosted cover also helps to disperse light evenly. Using it as a desk light seems like a better use case, the light gets quite bright and covers the surface of my desk very well. It has a few colour temperature settings (great if you’re an influencer) and 5 brightness settings. Using it for reading is great. The adjustable colour temperature makes for a versatile reading tool to suit many paper colours. The only issues I have are: - It isn’t very flexible, - The lowest brightness is too bright to use in a pitch black room (can cause eye strain if you’re using a computer or phone on the lowest brightness). In conclusion, this is a good quality light but the lack of adjustability lets it down slightly.

Brilliant little lamp at a great price! The dimming and white light/yellow light feature works really well. The only slight downside is the length of the cable but the major plus is being usb powered, I have bought a usb extending cable for not a lot and it means I can move the lamp up and down and full height shelf next to my bed. The flexible rotating head is really useful and robust. The padding on the clip keeps the surface it is clipped to scratch free. Really well worth the price all round!

I'm obsessed with my new light! I bought it to replace a lamp that clipped on my bedframe and was getting a bit loose after several years of daily use. I wanted a light that plugged into a USB socket and had different light settings, and this one delivers in spades. The design of the 'bulb' being a "ring" light means that it has a wider reach than my previous one and due to the long flexible arm, it can be positioned in any direction. The settings go from warm yellow, to cool blue and can be brighter or dimmer as required in any combination. This means that at night, watching a film/YouTube etc, I can have it on a dim, warm setting, but if I need to write, I can turn it to a brighter cooler light. The clip is very strong and sturdy and ensures it is safely attached to a table, or bed frame, and won't move or fall off. Because the arm is long and strong, it can be positioned to shine exactly where needed, or to add ambient light to the room. It really is a very versatile and well built light.

Really lovely lamp, clips on to shelf, bench or table, for close work, reading, handycraft or painting. Three modes of light are very useful depending on how much daylight is available. Extreamly good value for money.

Not sure if it's just me and my luck but I have to keep unplugging the wire and plugging back in if has been off for 10 or more minuets other than that amazing light and quality

Update: I have grown to like this lamp, even able to cope with the weak neck by propping it up on a shelf, so when the cord pulled out of the moulded plastic dimmer switch, I thought about getting a different lamp ( if the inline switch was able to be opened I would have repaired it, but I would have to use a craft saw to cut it open and then how would I close it up again, nope I will buy a new lamp), but I am now so used to this one, being able to change from warm white to harsh white has proven useful in crafting where the light source affects the perception of colour, being able to dim it almost all the way down, so I bought another, and have now clipped the cable to the underside of the shelf and onto the wall so that the wire doesn't pull out so easily. Previous review; I bought this to work alongside my other clip on light I use as a task light for craft work, as task lighting. My other light, which I love, is a cable free one, but sadly when I decided I wanted another, they did not have any. This one is not cable free, it has to be plugged in to use it, there is an on/ off switch on the cable and a mode switch and up/ down switch. The mode switch switches between warm white and bright white. The up/down switches it brighter or dimmer. The problem comes with the neck. It is advertised as flexible, which it is, but you cannot use it with the head over your work as the neck is too weak. The lamp just flops down. You can only use it in a positions where the head is directly above the clip and facing out. All other positions make it flop. This makes it useless as a task lamp as you need the light over your work and not in your eyeballs. Shame really as it can be set to really bright.
