Would work on toes. The snowflakes are not that large

no, this doesn't need an LED light to cure. Dries like normal nail polish.

Q: Do the snowflakes lay flat or will they snag on things like my hair ?

Thank you for your inquiry. The glitters should lay flat when applied. We find that due to the thickness of the glitters, polish feels and looks best with a coat or two of quality top coat. Polish can feel rough if left without. I hope this helps.

This is a light blue jelly polish not a clear coat. It will require 2-3 coats for full coverage. I hope this helps!
