I was so looking forward to this since there were so many positive reviews. I was looking for something that would tackle my very calused feet. My husband refuses to touch them so trying to get my piggies looking fresh. The item arrived fast and packaged great! I opened the box and wow! Feels heavy and of nice quality. Plugged it in to charge...yay no batteries (another plus)!!! Get ready to use and dreaming about the foot massage that I would be receiving once I show my hubby my beautiful feet!! Start using it and my dreams bit the dust. Didn't do anything....just made the callous smooth which I guess is an achievement on its own since I could pick up things with just my callous alone. They were like Velcro! You could see the cells on the floor so it was doing something but I'm pretty sure it would take 10 years and a million charges later to get the results I was expecting...Since every 10 mins I had to charge it again. So after 2 hours of "sanding" I grabbed my zester grater and went to town. (I'm going to have to buy another one of those for the kitchen) it worked amazingly and skin was most certainly flying off. I used the sander again once I grated off enough skin to make a person. It did a great job smoothing everything out and now I'm sitting here on the couch with my pretty piggies on display waiting for the hubs to come home with my massage coupon in hand. So all in all... If you are wanting to just upkeep a pedicure this is the tool for you, if you are wanting to perform a lobotomy on your feet... I would recommend a zester.

I found that I was pleasantly surprised. I have some pretty rough feet, I am one who loves to go barefoot. I didn't expect it to create miracles for me, but I definitely saw a big difference with just one use. It did exactly what it is meant to do. The roller becomes a little bogged down at times, I believe that is because I didn't give it a full 24 hour charge before using the first time. That and it's meant to be used gently, I have a tendency to rush it. When I take my time, it works great. Too much pressure, shaving too much away at one time will cause a user problems. It removes the callus and it does it very well. It works calluses down without burning or feeling any pain. It's certainly not going to solve a persons problem with one use, or over night, but it's a great little tool. Over time, using this product, I believe my feet will be MUCH improved. They are already DEFINITELY softer from use.

This product worked decent when I first got it. A month later it will not hold a charge. I am very lucky to get 2 minutes of use after a full charge. I was careful not to overcharge the product as it states in the manual, but it did not make a bit of difference. The part that enrages me is that it held up to par until 2-3 days past the 30 day return policy. Now I am extremely unhappy to say I am stuck being the not so proud owner of a $30 paperweight!! This is by far one of the worst products I've purchased in a very very long time with no option to return for refund. This product does not even deserve to get one star!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

These electronic foot files seem to be all the rage these days. I have tried doing a foot peel before, which did a really good job, but still didn't get rid of some of the tougher calluses. It's also tough to do a foot peel in the middle of summer when you're wearing sandals. I got this so that I could have something to work on those calluses at any time. This does a pretty decent job - it is easy to use, small (think about the size of an electric shaver), and painless. You don't really need to apply any pressure at all, just move it gently over the area, and it shaves off the callus in a very fine dust. If you apply too much pressure, it actually doesn't work as the file stops rotating at regular speed. The biggest issue is that the dust can be pretty messy, so I recommend doing it in the bathtub or somewhere that you can just wash everything down when you're finished. It uses a USB charger, so I'm able to leave it to charge using my phone charger on my night stand. It's not perfect and you can't expect that the calluses will come off straight away, but I found that filing then washing my feet off, and adding moisturizer, left my feet feeling soft, smooth, and vastly improved.Note: I paid full price for this product and did not receive any discount.
