From the Manufacturer A pop-up spray unit just like the contractors install. Only you don't have to trench the lawn or pay for buried plumbing. They stay safely buried in place until needed. You can mow right over it. Just snap your hose on to the swiveling quick-connect and water pressure pushes the riser up 4 inches above the ground. Dial in the spray pattern you want by turning the selector on top. You choose: 4-foot x 30-foot, 4-foot x 15-foot, or 9-foot x 18-foot. Plant the Spray unit along one side of the pattern and it sends out a fine mist spray to cover the area completely. When you turn off the water, the riser drops back below ground where it stays ready till next time. You can use a garden trowel to dig a 4 inch hole, 7 inches deep. That's it: set it, plant it, point it, forget it. No assembly required. Just pull it out of the box and stick it in the hole. Plant them right next to drives or sidewalks, in flower bedsanywhere, really. The swiveling hose connect makes it easy to snap on the hose from any direction. Instructions are included and they are very simple. Your buried spray system will be operational in mere minutes. This is an industrial strength spray that will give you years of faithful service. Depending on your water pressure, you can string two or more Quick-Snaps off the same hose line; you can add a timer at the faucet. And, since the spray settings don't shift, you can be sure that when you send the kids out to water the lawn the water will go right where you set it. These units can be removed and taken with you to the new house when you move or reset when landscaping matures. Worried about winter freeze damage in your area? You may want to order a Quick-Snap Air Purge. It blows out the water with an ordinary bicycle pump. Each spray comes with its own quick-connect for your hose and a bright orange cap to help find the unit when the grass grows long, lush and green.

Expensive product, terrible results. Buy a regular sprinkler.
Decided to order this to see if it could be a better solution for regular watering on my garden. It came packaged well however, was missing the key to make adjustments. Before dealing with Amazon or the vendor for a key, I figured I would hook it up just holding it to make sure it even worked. I turned the water on, nothing happened. I reset the quick connect adapter several times and finally it started spraying a mist of water all the while, leaking from every coupling. Shut off the water, tightened all the couplings, tried again. Same result. Cheaply made, poorly assembled, and does not work remotely as well as advertised. For the price, just buy a quality standard sprinkler or install true irrigation. These are garbage.

1 out of 3 sprays useful
I was expecting a lot more after trying the larger quick snap sprinklers. The 4'x30' is more like 1.5'x20. It leaves vast amounts of space unwatered. The 9'x 18' is more like 9'long x 1' wide, it is just a forward spray with no width, completely pointless unless you had one strange small strip like a flower bed to water. The 4'x15' is the only one that works. This is what I have been using on the areas I did not want to plum to my in ground sprinkler system. The spray is very misty so it does not work at all in the wind.I got 4 of these to try out and they all operate the same. The nozzle design needs some work, but if you need 4x15' then this should do fine. You can also just get any small area in ground sprinkler and make your own attachment or purchase one from quick snap for much cheaper. The idea is cool, the nozzle design needs work on this spray model.

Couldn't be happier.
I now have used this product for one season and it has exceeded my expectations and saved me thousands of dollars as I was considering an installed irrigation system for my property before a friend recommended the Quick-Snap product. I have one acre of yard: flower beds and lawn. By strategicly placing the Qucik-Snap units I covered the relevant areas for less than two hundred dollars with the same result that a five thousand dollar system would have provided! Two hundred dollars against five thousand was , as they say, a no brainer. Installation took me all of fifteen minutes per unit. Installation is so easy a child could accomplish it with no problem. Quick-Snap is a quality product and a great value. My hats off to Quick-Snap!

Excellent alternative
Excellent alternative to paying thousands for a sprinkler system

Good alternative to an installed system
These sprinklers have excellent flow rate and range. Once you figure out where you need to place them to give the needed coverage, you simply dig them in and never have to worry about dragging portable sprinklers around the yard again.

Don't Buy
I really don't recommend buying this product. I have the other Quick Snap sprinkler and it's excellent. I didn't get anywhere near the estimated coverage with this sprinkler.

Worked, at first, then ...
I ordered this in June 2012. The return time has expired. And so I am tossing money into the garbage bin since the section with the "quick snap" attachment popped off from the rest of the sprinkler while it was in the ground while I was sprinkling the backyard. It does not fit back into the plastic pipe without popping out again. Purchase the Watering Made Easy sprinkler instead. I haven't had a problem with those yet, they just need a bit more space in the ground than these do.

ingenious idea
This is an ingenious idea however, it leaks, or drips a ton from the spray at the top so more water gets on the ground than on the yard. I wish they would fix that because these are amazing otherwise!

Leaks and doesn’t work
I had high hopes for this one even though reviews said they leaked. Tired of moving my sprinkler around I thought I would give this a try. Delivery was fast. I put it together and tested it before digging the hole. As soon as water came on, it leaked everywhere. I’m guessing due to the leaking, the sprinkler head would hardly pop out. No key came with it to adjust but didn’t matter as it just was leaking a lot. Contacted customer support to ask for exchange for their other model if it was of better quality but they just responded with an apology and a return label. Back it went! I bought a Rainbird click and go instead.
