Bought this after my wife nagged me to re-organize the garage and it has exceeded my expectations. The unit is well made and easy to install; but like the title of my review states, the hardware included is garbage (screws and anchors), but more on that later on.I was able to securely and easily fit a swiffer mop (not sure why some couldn't), a broom, a steamer and rubber maid mop. All stayed in placed and have been, since I bought it a week ago. To place brooms, etc. onto the holder, you line up the broom with the slot, then down a "downward" motion into the slot. Items are held in place by a roller ball, which has rubber rings on it to create friction and hold any item in place. To remove the item, do an upward motion and out it comes without a problem.The only problem I have with this item is the included hardware, specifically the anchors, which are of very low quality; once in place, they didn't have a tight hold. The organizer felt loose. So I dug out some of my own anchors for a more secure installation.Other than the crappy anchors, the unit is perfect for my needs. It's holding items on each slot without a single problem. But know this, in order to fit everything, and according to the instructions, you'll have to invert some itmes, so a mop's head will be pointing up and a broom's pointing down and so on, so the bulk of your items do not get in the way of each other. Arrived quickly (due to Amazon Prime)Very easy to install (I did so in about 5 minutes)Holds things perfectly (note: However, I tried to hang something that was just over 1/2" in diameter, and within a few seconds it slipped right through. This particular thing has a much more narrow handle than standard handles, though, so I didn't expect it to hold. All my items with standard width handles, broom, mop, etc., hang great without any problems or slipping. Therefore, I am not eliminating stars for this review.)Sturdy: The installation kit for the holder comes with plastic wall anchors and screws, which holds the product superbly and ensures sturdiness.Aesthetically, this is no work of beauty, but the white color is neutral enough that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. I also put it in my laundry room. It's not meant to be beautiful. It's not hideous, I just wouldn't put it on display if it could be avoided. I noticed that when I opened the package, the product was a wee bit dirty with a few minor (very small) smudge marks on it, perhaps from manufacturing/packaging facility from which it came. Right off, that wasn't very impressive, but once I hung it up and found it does its job these minute smudges were no big deal. Since these details have nothing to do with the functionality of the product itself, I again am not subtracting stars.I give this 5 stars. Overall, great product.

I have been stuffing my cleaning tools into corners and closets for years. I finally decided it was time to get them organized and this is perfect to do the trick. The holder itself, is fairly easy to install and goes up quick. Then all you have to do is pop your things into the slots and viola'! You are organized. I don't own a swiffer, so I don't know how easily it holds handles that are that skinny. The thinnest handle I have, is about 1/2- 3/4 inches around and it holds that well. I also have a oval-type shaped broom handle. This holder does well with that too.The holder is made of a heavy duty plastic and it sits about 3 inches from the wall to the front of the holder, once mounted. It is a bit wider, in that respect, than I was thinking, but it doesn't affect how I feel about it! I would buy this again, if I need one.I feel the price is good for the product sold.

In theory I love this wall organizer. the balls holding the handles in place are really well conceived and executed. It's actually satisfying to slip a handle in there and have it be gripped by the ball mechanism (such feats of engineering satisfy me. What can I say). It feels sturdy, and the way it screws into the wall (I used the provided sheet rock anchors) makes it very stable.Here is my one star deduction.... the items I wanted to store were a winter shovel, a broom, one winter car sweeper/scraper, a garden shovel, and a garden rake (bow rake). They wouldn't all fit and play nice together. I tried the configuration shown in the items photo (three up and two down) but the shovel and the rake just wouldn't all more than two other items to fit. I tried numerous configuration but couldn't get more than 4 items in. Hence four stars instead of five.Do I think this is a worthwhile purchase? Absolutely. Getting 4 long handled items off of my garage floor is still a big organizational improvement. And I am thinking that if you have better hanging options than I have (only the top half of my garage is sheet rocked.... the rest is cinder block), you might be able to hang this at a different height and I think that might make a difference as so how many long handled items you can fit. I am not positive of this of course, but I think it might help. If I had been able to move the shovel or rake head higher on my wall then another one could be lower and then things might have fit across better. I realize you might not be able to visualize what I am describing. Sorry about that.One other benefit of this organizer is that it stores your items above the ground. For some reason this is important to me.BOTTOM LINE: Yes, definitely recommend this even considering my one star deduction. Its a great solution to long handled clutter
