4 stars because I'm upset they don't offer the same size with separated capsules

I'm only giving this a one star because I can't give a negative number. I have used these capsules before, and they worked as they should. This time to save money I bought the large bag. The tops and bottoms won't fit together, or they rip and bend making them unusable. For every 100 capsules I make I have to toss at least 30% of them. Meaning I have to clean up the mess of the powder, then try to salvage as much of the powder as possible by opening the ruined capsules or put the tops on by hand which usually doesn't work. To me this is unacceptable. To be fair to the company, I contacted them directly about 3 weeks ago to see if they were willing to resolve these issues, they haven't answered. So now I'm writing this review to warn others about these issues. Yes, there is a huge saving buying this large package, but having so much waste & aggravation cancels out the savings.
