the unique design made the hooks the only option that could work in my case - 5 starswhile the quality of the unit is still better than the average moen/delta stuff you get at the local HomeDepot store, it is a bit hard to justify the price. the attachment allen screws are too small and fragile - I have killed the thread while trying to tighten it with the tiny wrench included with the kit - 3 stars.overall score: 4 starsP.S. special thanks for the seller for replacing the set after local UPS carrier has lost the shipment (to be exact, they have found that it was delivered to the wrong address to a house 0.5 mile away and for whatever reason could never recover it). side note - this is the 2nd time we were having issues with UPS and I would strongly recommend to avoid using them when a timely delivery is important to you

This was a great purchase. It does take a little effort to get the right set up to keep towels from falling off but after you make the adjustment, you will not have to pick up towels from the floor ever again.
