It holds a lot
This has worked perfectly, no leaks at all. I purchased this so I could use either my Samsung tablet (Note 8) or my phone with the backup battery tethered while I'm in the pool. It's awkward to have the phone and battery together in the waterproof bag at the same time, but I expected that before I ordered it. The bag has secure closures at the top, a handle/loop on the back, and a thick adjustable nylon clip on strap for the top. It's exactly what I needed, and it performs exactly as I expected it to. By the way, I did test it fir water tightness before I used it by putting some napkins in it and fully submerging it first.

Works, but a bit fiddly
Bought this so I could use an old iPad in the hot tub to control my Chromecast on my outdoor TV. Haven't tested the waterproof-ness yet, thankfully, but the system seems sound. My biggest quibbles are with: 1) the clips/clasps to close the case are a bit fussy and difficult to open and close, and 2) the screen cover has a flexible, soft, vinyl feel to it, it doesn't fit snugly to the screen and wiggles about a bit. I'm sure this material helps with the water resistance but it makes it fiddly to finely select apps, buttons on the screen and it's hellish to type a text with. So, while it works and I'm reasonably happy with it, it's not for regular screen use I wouldn't think. If you want something to cover your iPad while you change channels every hour or two, good. Want a case through which you can to try to send a text to ask the wife to have the kids bring down more beer, for instance, then you're better off with something else, which is what I'm currently shopping for.

Works Great For Me
I work outdoors with my ipad pro 9.7 and this allows me to use it when it's raining. It's easy to get the ipad in and out of the case so I only use the case when working out in the rain. I find the shoulder strap to be very handy too. This is an inexpensive yet very convenient way to use my ipad in the rain.

This has worked great. I love to go in the swim spa with my Kindle and it has even been fully immersed without any leaking. Even when I read, it is partially under water. It has 3 clips that seal the top. It has been easy to use the touch screen through the plastic.

Leaked on me! Lost my tablet!
For what it’s worth, I suffered my worst nightmare with this case/pouch. Water got into the case/pouch, leaving me with a permanently unusable tablet. Luckily I had my cheap ~$70 tablet in there instead of my iPad. The case/pouch held up fine at a few feet under water for maybe up to 10 minutes, but after that, water leaked into the case/pouch and got into the tablet itself. I used it successfully on 2-3 occasions prior with no issues, but it failed me this most recent time. I’m surprised this item has such a high rating. Maybe I’m just one of the very few unlucky ones. Anyway, I just wanted to post this for the record because I don’t want anyone else to go through the loss I suffered, which is the worst fear for anyone who uses something like this. People posting nightmare experiences like this when it happens to them helps establish what the defect rate is for an item.

Great for two phones - unless one is an iPhone 7
This bag is dead waterproof. I sometimes use two phones at the same time (to play games) outdoors in the rain, and this is much easier than having each phone in its own case - a definite drop hazard. A great feature of this waterproof bag is that it has a small strap attached to the back so when you carry your iPad or phones in it, you can slip a thumb or finger through and get a really solid grip. I use it to play Pokemon Go, with my two phones each on a different account. It's fun and challenging to keep both phones moving quickly through Pokestops and captures and eggs hatching, and this case makes it much easier. Plus I'm not sidelined by rain! I find that you can easily operate touch screens through the top window - IF you have the air out of the bag. If the bag is overfilled with air, it keeps you from making good enough contact with the screen, and you get only intermittent gesture recognition. Two things are maybe less than perfect. The first is that it's a bit fiddly getting all three clasps into the upright position so you can close and seal the top. It's never stopped me from getting it done, but it can take more time than I expected. The second is that the new iPhone 7 doesn't have a physical Home button. Whatever MoKo has done to make touch screens work, doesn't enable the iPhone 7 home button. So while I can use the home button on my iPhone 6, I have to open the bag to press home on the iPhone 7 Plus. I was hesitant to take a star off for this "fault" because I suspect this case came out before the iPhone 7 did. But I guess the rating should reflect what a person buying today is going to find, so I took off one star.

I took this hiking to keep my iPad dry while I used the map app. It worked really well, not perfect, but when it's 4am in the middle of a Scottish Glenn and it's pissing it down with rain, you'll be glad you have this. To be clear, it kept my iPad dry, it was just the touch screen I had issues with.
