Expensive But Good
Excellent product to be honest. I have another brand of this poweder but it is nowhere near as good as this for 'stickiness.'This is more like the stuff you get in the pads but much easier to use and is less wasteful because you can exactlty direct it.Expensive but its pretty big and will last a good long time even if playing (squash) three times a week like I try to do. I'm sure I'll get a year out of this easily if not more.I've also used this in the gym when using some dumbells that are not very grippy. Great stuff. So, for me excellent stuff it a tad expensive.

Great for working out on studio floors
I take Jazzercise at a center with a smooth -- really smooth -- studio floor. My aerobics athletic shoes (Ryka) were slipping constantly. This product is marketed to athletes but it worked great for my regular 'ol self with regular 'ol shoes. The shaker is small and stays shut tight. Easy to keep in a gym bag without it spilling or getting on clothes. Shakes out on to soles of shoes easily. One tip: Give your shoes a quick tap against each other after you shake on the rosin. [Do this outside or over a trash can to be polite.] Hasn't even been necessary to apply to shoes before every class -- maybe every other.

Used for aerial silks
Great for use on aerial silks. Used on hands and feet. Not as wasteful due to being in container.

not for me
I bought this powder for my dance studio floors / shoes. We have laminate flooring in one room and vinyl planks in the other, both of which are too slippery. It helped some with the jazz and ballet shoes in the laminate room but when we used it with the tap shoes it made the black marks that tap shoes often produce MUCH worse... I am still trying to get up the marks from using this product. On the vinyl floor it made it even more slippery. I'm sure this is a great product if used in different situations but, it didn't work at all for me.
