The movements are pure Pilates classics like “the hundred,” “teaser” and “leg rocker.” But they’re all shown at a beyond-beginner level — faster-paced, more challenging positions or with longer levers (e.g. “the hundred” with your legs just slightly off the ground to more fully engage your core). Jennifer’s skill and experience are exceptional. Like a personal trainer, she instructs the moves and points out form (while her “student” demos the exercises).
