Good buy.
This worked perfectly. I used it to connect a Western Digital Ultra slim to my USB port on my computer in order to create a Disk Image. It worked without any problems. Happy that I found this.Also: It comes with a SATA to USB cable, didn't expect this but was pleasantly surprised.

My computer was able to detect the hard drive, but it was too damaged to pick up the files. They all turned to RAW files, but at least I have the adapter to try sending it in for recovery. Thank you!

did exactly what it needed to do, had a customer with a stupid Lenovo (why????) and their terrible hybrid SSDs. of course the Lenovo crashed and burned, but this let me extract the data
