I've been using the Klein Tools 60345 Hard Hat for a few weeks now, and it's definitely one of the best hard hats I've ever owned. First off, the full brim design offers excellent protection from the sun and rain, which is a big plus when you're working outside all day. The Premium KARBN pattern looks sleek and modern, adding a bit of style to the functionality. Comfort-wise, this hard hat is top-notch. The padded sweat-wicking sweatband and top pad make a huge difference, especially during long shifts. Even in the heat, the sweatband does a great job of keeping sweat out of my eyes, and the padding makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods. What really sets this hard hat apart is its safety features. It's a Class E hard hat, meaning it's tested up to 20kV, which is crucial for electrical work. Knowing that it provides that level of protection gives me peace of mind on the job. The adjustability is another strong point. Great hard hat. Complete game changer over the crappy one the company gave out. I have long hair and the interior of this hard hat helps keep my hair from breaking. The headlamp is okay. Will only last about half a day working; if that. Snugs up good. Feels comfortable. Def worth the money

I went to a job that requires hard hats, and their generic blue hats were just uncomfortable, and hard to size to right fit. This is way more comfortable, easier to adjust, and feels more secure. I already had a clip on light from klein, so I bought the one without a light. The two work excellent together. Possibly getting a second clip on light for the back too. It has a clip on the front and on the back. So far this has made putting a hard hat on way more tolerable. I definitely recommend this product. The carbon look is great too! A+ product

Comfortable wear great quality protect beyond protection unbeatable price

Liner is adjustable for different sized beans. If your head is touching the back of the hat (like others said) then you need to adjust the back piece. It takes 30 seconds. Mine did at first but was easily adjusted and I no longer touch anywhere on the shell. The light is great. Yes there’s brighter but this one snaps into place and can be tilted down slightly. Still fits in place with my goggles retainer under it. Battery last me several nights before needing to be charged. If it’s low/dead I plug in when I get to work and take it off after the meeting before making my rounds and it’s good to go. Padding is great. The most comfortable I’ve ever had in my 15+ years of wearing a hard hat. Coating/color on mine (carbon fiber look) is durable with hits and chemicals and sunlight getting on it I haven’t noticed any change. Stickers stick ok, not all feel perfect but I think it’ll work. Only knocks I have is the holder for the light isn’t as tight as I’d like. It has never popped off but it jiggles. At least until I put my goggle retainer under it. Now it’s snug. And sometimes when moving around a lot the rest piece will tilt and allow the front of the hat to droop down some. It’s an annoyance but tolerable.

Bought for work as I much prefer the full brim look. Lightweight and high quality hat, knocked my head a few times since buying it and it’s still holding up great. It doesn’t have any vents which I knew going into it but then if it did, it wouldn’t truly be electrically rated. The internals of the hat have multiple adjustments for all head shapes and sizes. Would highly recommend.
