Wish it included a recipe
I've bought this before. It's nice to have tapioca that isn't large pearls. Cooks fine. I just wish it came with a recipe. I had to look one up. But I'd buy it again.

Great stuff, very affordable
This stuff is way better and more consistent than Minute Tapioca…WAAY cheaper too. I’ll never buy the Minute brand again

If you like tapioca pudding or need a thickener, this is it.
During this pandemic, for some reason instant tapioca pudding boxes have become extinct in the grocery stores in Austin. Some of the websites even say the stores have it, but when I got, it's not there, so maybe people are buying it like crazy in the little boxes like Jello boxes.So, I decided to order this huge jar of GRANULATED tapioca. My wife said NOT to get the large pearls, but get the granulated and that's what this is. She made tapioca pudding the first day we got it (there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on the container but they are the same instructions as on the old box, and they are on the internet), and I ate two bowls while they were still warm and it was delicious. Since then, she has used it as a thickener in a cobbler and in custard pies at Thanksgiving and Christmas.This is a great buy and the product is great, but tapioca pudding takes a little work and stirring, so this is not something you just dump in a pan and it fixes itself. But I'm glad we got it. In fact writing this review has made me hungry for tapioca pudding so I'm stopping now to go make some.

This is well worth money when compared to the little red box version
My wife likes home made Tapioca pudding and using the little red box from the store, the money adds up quickly. This is my second container of tapioca and both have been great. The tapioca pearls are good sized and there is very little broken pieces in the bottom. The price is great and I find myself adding more than the recipes calls for because the cost in this size is a quarter of that little box. With the large size, I never feel like I will be running out in the middle of recipe. There is a third container in my future, once I've happily used up this one
