Good point, the Fender Ultra Noiseless Vintage dimensions are 1.5 inches, and the pickups of Stratocaster fenders typically measure around 1". So, you will need to consider the depth of the cavity, as they are approximately 1.5 times the height of Fender average Stratocaster pickup.

Fender uses the American Ultra Stratocaster 250K for the initial question and suggests using the same 250K for these pickups. On the subject of the dark sound, in my opinion, all noiseless pickups are a bit dark, some more than others; in these Ultra Noiseless vintage ones, for me, sound a bit shady to me, not so much in fact. Still, it is noticeable if you compare it with the pickups that are not noiseless. Although it is not as critical, we can consider two things to improve the sound and make it brighter or more precise. This is recommended by a friend I consider a fender expert; first, use 500K instead of 250K and replace the .22uf ceramic capacitor with a high-quality Paper oil cap.47uF; this will improve Clarity. Another comment is that if the idea is to use it with a hybrid or digital amp, this is not so critical, but it is more evident if it is for direct use with a clean tube amp. I have a Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster that came standard with an N3, very, very good, in my opinion, but I wanted something more vintage. I have no change in the hardware because when testing, I realized that it is not so critical for me, and on the contrary, it sounds excellent with the fender 65DR or the Marshall 1962 BB. This is according to my taste; plus, I like the concept of having noiseless pickups and my guitars without hum.
