Introduction to Research in Education (Mindtap Course List)

It only gets two stars because it is able to fulfill class requirements that say you must have the textbook. But the material itself is rather useless otherwise. Almost everything in it is something you could learn about on Wikipedia. Basically all it does is define terms and provide overly lengthy, non-beneficial explanations. Plus, it's easy to find the 8th edition online for free as a PDF and hardly anything is different, so maybe don't waste your money on a new edition if it can be avoided.

Chapter 7 is missing pages 147 to 178 and was reprinted with part of chapter 6. This means most of chapter 7 and part of chapter 8 are missing from the text completely!!

As the other reviewer mentioned, this book is missing most of chapters 7 and 8. These chapters cover statistical methods, which was the main topic I wanted to learn in the textbook.What a disappointment. Buy or rent a different edition--the latest edition is CLEARLY not worth it.

The book I received was missing pages from the binding. One part of chapter 7 was in the book twice, while the second part of chapter 7 and first part of chapter 8 were missing completely. This was so annoying to deal with when trying to do homework!!

I sat down to do my homework one night and quickly realized it was missing 33 ENTIRE PAGES!!!
