Q: States polar "wool", but then 100% polyester?

The label says “100% polyester” but it’s got a soft wool like feel. I ordered 3 different masks (one being Carthartt), but this one is my favorite. Fits well, feels good on, can wear it multiple ways (scarf, full mask, partial mask). You won’t regret the purchase.

Q: Should I wash this before putting it on the first time?

There’s no need to wash before using. It doesn’t really have any odor and it’s comfortable without having to wash first.

Q: Can you wear this under a helmet?

Some helmets, for example, for rock climbing, are not meant to have a beanie sort of hat underneath and buying larger size helmet means less good fit. Just saying. Do your research.
