Q: Is this a replacement for pb912m10 motor 125v 60 hz?

I don't know, as Intermatic doesn't list your part number, but I found that Intermatic PB913N84 shows that it is a replacement for the PB912M10 elsewhere.

Q: Does this timer have a low temperature override, to turn the heater / pump on before it freezes?

There is a separate freeze guard assembly that will turn on the pump regardless of if the timer is on or off. My controller has something similar to a "INTERMATIC INC 178T24 THERMOSTAT FOR FP1102T/PF1103T", also available on amazon. As long as my controller is set to "Auto", the timer or freeze guard can independently activate the pump.

Q: Does this timer come with yellow and black connector wires?

The unit has no wire only terminal blades.
