I love the look of Edison Lights. The incandescent kind are not energy efficient, so these LED lights are a great replacement. They look just like incandescent lights, and are very bright when they are on. It's not so much the amount of light, but more the amount of glare they produce. We put a dimmer switch on and it allows us to have them at the level we want for the occasion. If you choose to put them on a dimmer, be sure to get a dimmer that is made for LED lights.

The lights are very cool! We ordered a first set and we're disappointed when one started to flicker a couple months in. After contacting the company, the refunded the cost of one light. We liked them so ordered another set.

These worked for my new dining room table light and look good

Got these to replace our old ones that burnt out. These constantly flicker! Our old ones didn’t.

2 of the bulbs received turn on after screwing in, but there is a delay when they receive electricity. 1 started off dim, and after unscrewing and rescrewing it in, finally brightened up. The 4th, won't brighten up - either the LEDs stay very dim, or don't light up enough to see them with another bulb next to it.Update: tried the faulty bulb in a different fixture and it lights right up. Put it back into the fan it was bought for and its dim. Compared to a Sylvania 800LM LED bulb, the brightness seems about the same.Update again: 3 to 5 stars. So, the bulbs are the brightness I was looking for and all work. There is something slightly different with the base though. For the fan socket I had difficulty with, I pulled out the center tab slightly and the improved contact made the difference (with the electricity off of course). Why this made a difference with these bulbs when the 4 other bulbs I tried all worked fine without the adjustment is a mystery.

We needed an LED bulb for a new exposed fixture with a dimmer. This one doesn’t quite replicate an incandescent bulb (mostly, like most LEDs, it gives less light at the same colour temperature when dimmed instead of shifting redder at lower temp), but dims smoothly to quite a low light level. The soft white is not offensive and similar to a high wattage incandescent. Overall very happy!

After 3 months, three out of 4 light bulbs started flickering and then became very dim (see picture with 2 dim light bulbs and 1 still functioning for comparison).

Fantastic value - been using these in our main bathroom and while they're a bit bright, if you put a dimmer on these they look fantastic. 5/5 stars
