It’s ok, but I’m really not seeing much a difference…let’s start by saying I already have waves, not super deep waves but I do have some. I often like to keep my hair low so I want waves in a lower hair style as opposed to having to grow my hair out too much. I’m a relatively low maintenance guy, stylish, but low maintenance. Anything that requires too much work to me as a guy is already “extra.” I like to be as simple on the upkeep as possible while still maintain style and the ability to look good consistently. The kit itself came with very simple instructions, and I bought all the additional items made by wave builder as well (which I have yet to use so more to follow on those) I followed the directions and did everything according to the instruction sheet but don’t see much of a difference. It could be that my hair is a bit lower than the guys they show on the picture or that it may already be at the consistency it needs to be to build waves…So with that all being said, it may work very well for someone else, but I’m not sure having only used it once, whether or not this is working for me. Just my 2 cents, take it or leave it.

Does not seem to work on coarse hair. Followed directions exactly and no difference.
