Good tuning fork
As described - good product and good price. Does not feel or look cheap like some of the other items that come in a 3 pack with other options. Would buy again.

Crisp, Clear Sound with Solid Build
Solid and accurate — exactly what I needed for neurology and clinical exams. The tone is clean and consistent, and it’s lightweight but durable. Easy to sanitize and store in my coat pocket.

Great tuning fork!
Neurologist approved! Was debating between this and a cheaper one, glad I went with this one. Good construction and gets the job done.

Good, but not perfect
Sturdy construction, lightweight since it's entirely aluminum. My critique is that once you hit it on your knee to perform a Weber's or Rinne's test you can hear the aluminum's resonance along with the 512 Hertz puretone. I mitigate this by either rubber-banding the base where the fork splits to reduce the resonance of the aluminum (somewhat tacky), or hold the fork's split with my fingers until there's only the puretone. This is only a minor nuisance most likely due to the aluminum the fork is made from and not necessarily its craftsmanship. Also, to successfully perform me Weber's or Rinne's test you must FIRMLY apply it to the respective parts of the skull which may cause discomfort to the patient in an attempt to successfully administer the test. I've seen more expensive tuning forks with some sort of Base that may be more comfortable for the client? This is only my first tuning fork so I do not know whether or not this is normal; overall I must say I am pleased with it's cost and its craftsmanship.

Good medical tuning fork
This is a good, medical-quality tuning fork. It is rather lightweight, but despite this it feels very strong. I can get the fork to vibrate just fine, but then again I sometimes have a heavy hand while other reviewers may find the force required to strike it a little much. I also have the 128 Hz fork from the same manufacturer and this fork doesn't hold its vibration quite as long, but then again this fork has a higher frequency of vibration so it seems to make sense. I can't comment on the longevity of this fork over the years, as I am not a doctor (yet), but so far it is getting me through medical school just fine.

ADC 256 Hz
bought it for being 256, one of the most commonly used in medical practice. works perfectly, Rinne and Weber acoustic tests; both air and bone are very accurate. First time I used it on myself, perfect both ears both air conduction and bone conduction. First patient actually had a clinical finding proving its worth and that it works precisely. Accurate
