These work awesome
I have a 2019 F150 with the black springs and these work great for towing the boat or wave runners to Lake Havasu. My truck is 2wd stock and I am not using the 1” spacer.

Stabilize your Truck, Fits F-150, 2009-2020 RWD Only (Not for 4x4) OK for 8,200 lb GVWR
These springs replace the rubber bump stops on the frame right above the axle. When heavily loaded, part of the load goes through the SumoSprings right into the frame. The truck is more stable and less bouncy under heavy load. The penalty for that is that the ride is more stiff under load. Some reviews say the springs are too stiff. Some say it doesn't affect the ride. I think the difference is the spacer. The springs come with a one-inch spacer. If you install it, the springs are always under load and stiffen the ride. If you leave the spacer out, the ride is unaffected except when you have a load in the truck bed. There is a note on the instructions that says "Excludes all 8,200 GVWR models". I spoke with their engineering department (excellent customer service). They said that the note is an error. The note was a carry-over from an earlier F-150 body style. I installed the SumoSprings on my 8,200 lb GVWR F-150 with no issue. This part number is for 2wd (RWD) trucks. If you have a 4x4, there is a different part number.
