Another Great Knife From Mercer
I was turned on to Mercer knives years ago from a teacher who taught cooking classes. I asked what was a good knife that wouldn't break the bank and she said, for all her new students she refers them to the Mercer knives. I bought my first one for around $22 and it's been going for years now and holds a great edge. I have much more expensive knives now and the Mercer still gets used just as much. This one is no different. Super sharp right out of the packaging and a great feel. If you are looking for a great low cost chef knives, i highly recommend the Mercer line. You wont be disappointed

Does not hold the edge long
The knife arrived quick. It does not appear to hold the edge long. Handle is too big and the angle of the blade does not feel right.
