Well made and sturdy. Fits perfectly on the lower mantle. Holds a lot of wood and can be easily disassembled and stored away for the summer.

This may cost more than many hearth-side firewood holders, but your great grandchildren will be using it when they are 50. The rugged yet simple design is also flexible and easily broken down to transport or relocate. Another plus is it is made in the USA. If I need another for another hearth I would definitely buy again.

Great design, the narrowness of the base fit our hearth perfect. The design allows for a much heavier load than many. I burn primarily oak and a full days worth is quite heavy. Unfortunately the Ox is way over priced.
