Q: I understand that sage & sage with dragon's blood will banish negative spirits, but i have 2 good spirits here I don't want gone. Will they remain?

My experience has been "no." Sage (white, blue, blend, etc) only affects negative spirits. I also have a practice of using sage on myself prior to meditation.

Q: Where is th sage harvested and where are the sticks made?

Although the seller doesn't explicitly say they're located in California, California white sage (Salvia apiana) pretty much only grows in California, and the seller's area code, 209, is one from Central California.

Q: I bought this, but as I light it, it doesn’t stay lit more than a minute, it smoke and the fire just goes away, anytime I can do??

It is not supposed to stay lit. Sage is designed to "smoke." Used for a lot of reasons like odor control, smudging, and other practices where desired. It is to be snuffed out after the intended use. The fire is supposed to go away.
