I made these for my sister who loves flowers and loves reading. They turned out beautiful

Pattern is easy to follow and I'm happy with the way it turned out. I would have liked if the the 4 corners of the pattern where marked on the provided clorh to save time counting.I did sew the 2 cloths together once finished to hide the stitching. I placed paper between to make it a little sturdy bookmark. The pics attached you'll see the additional boarder which is how I stitched the 2 together. Placed in book and given to a friend as gift. They loved it.

I’m aware that English isn’t a language spoken by everyone universally, but if you’re going to sell a product that includes instructions, probably stick with shipping to countries where the majority of people can read them. When I asked if instructions were available in English (maybe just a PDF format I could print out), the seller’s response was basically “look up a tutorial on YouTube. Instructions are in multiple languages.” That’s awesome for the people who live in countries where those languages are read, but that wasn’t super helpful to me. The pattern is pleasant, and it’s not super difficult, but it’s also not as beginner friendly as it may look (I used to cross stitch, but it’s been decades so I needed a little refresher). The thread seems to be of reasonable quality, I’m just disgusted by the customer service. We get it, people in the US can be extremely ethnocentric, but yeah maybe just don’t ship here, or at least explain that there won’t be instructions for anyone not privileged enough to have learned a second language here.

Nothing inside the kit including the instructions were in English.

This is a really cute pattern for a bookmark, I ordered and made 2 of them one for me and one for my Granddaughter. I was planning to show her how to make her own but decided it was too difficult for a beginner. This product comes from the United Kingdom and takes weeks to get here, so don’t be in a hurry to get it!

Suggest self-stick felt to cover back stitches - room at top for “A Good Read” and bottom for date

Didn't like the colours they were too close in shades and it made it difficult to work with. I changed the colours of the cat. Then it turned out nice.

Bought this to sew for a present, she loved it,and it was enjoyable to do, although why all sewing and embroidery items are so expensive I don’t know.
