It feels like it works

I got this after reading Dr. Mike Simpson's "Honed: Finding Your Edge As A Man Over Forty" (good read if you're in that demographic, by the way). I'm hardly a doctor, clinician, or scientist, but I've distinctly felt something that seemed to be missing lately. Nothing dramatic, but definitely there. Placebo effect?
