Hello! Carpal Tunnel Syndrome pain is actually worsened by the compression of the wrist. These are not a good idea for CTS. What you're looking for is a split, that will help keep your wrist at a healthy neutral angle while you sleep.

Q: Again, is this for a pair or one glove? Right or left?

Very deceptive advertising, is it 'pairs' or is it 'number of gloves', they use it interchangeably, apparently to confuse. Don't buy them anyway, they started unraveling within a couple weeks even before they ever saw the washing machine. Total crap product!

Q: Are these machine washable? I have looked everywhere for the washing instructions.

Yes. Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Do not bleach.

Q: What are they made out of? Need to know if there is any latex or neoprene in the material.

I don't think so, but I haven't been happy with mine. I sleep with them on, but they have gotten all stretched out. I don't think there is any latex or neoprene. More like wicking material, like the sport shirts and stretch pants athletes wear.
