Easy to use…worth the money

I have recently came across these because I never knew that They made a device that would do anything like this. So I placed an order so I could give it a try and see if it makes it easier to cut and fit those tricky spots. These most definitely make it a lot easier and You can get a precise cut around those stubborn and tricky spot. However I have noticed that the locking mechanism on these don't seem to hold up well. The Lock on my smaller one broke off already and I have only used it twice. I was even being gentle with it. So other than the locking mechanism for these than I would recommend anyone to try one out that installs a lot of flooring or tile work.

Absolutely love this contour gadget. Came in handy when I redoing my kitchen counter top.

Where were these things 5 years ago when I installed my wood floors?! The design is super cool and really made making the intricate cuts, easier. Sometimes the little gauges would get stuck or move. Also the design as far as having to use a little tiny allen wrench (that I lost and found like 10x’s) to loosen and tighten should be redesigned. Maybe just a tiny dial or nut to turn. Just throwing it out there!

Used it for a laminate floor worked great around every obstacle in an old house

J'utilisais depuis longtemps un appareil similaire mais avec des tiges métalliques qui étaient plus précises mais que l'oxydation empêchait de coulisser et qu'on ne pouvait pas bloquer. Ces deux points sont résolus avec ces appareils blocables et en plastique. Le contour est relevé moins finement mais, au final, c'est assez fidèle.
