Great pain relieving cream.
This product is all natural, and does relieve pain,for a while, and feels cooling as it does give you some relief. My wife and I have been using this product for about 4 months now. I 'm waiting for a hip replacement,so I'm in a lot of pain,and this product does help me put up with the pain. I've tried other products,and this one gives me the most relief. I bought this gallon for a family of 5 that have many problems from their feet up to their shoulders, each have different problems, and they love this stuff,they say it works great for their pains. The product does have a light menthol smell, but not over powering at all. When your in pain,you will try anything, I'm very relieved I tried my "SOMBRA". Good luck to you!!

Sombra Cool Therapy
Sombra Cool Therapy alleviates my bone and joint paint better than any other topical cream or Ointment that I have tried in the past ten years. I still need prescription pain medication, but the RX aline does not suffice.

Good value
This is the same thing I buy at my chiropractors office, but much cheaper by the ounce. The only negative is the pump. Doesn't work very smoothly.

Serious cooling potential
Satisfying product with excelent cooling potential. Use it only on body area where needed not as general massage lotion on all over body 'cause makes too cold feel otherwise
