These are doing the job

Probably the worst bits I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. The 90° bit was incapable of a 2mm groove on a CNC and it was nothing to do with my settings. Simply needed a small job done that shouldn't need a more expensive bit. I tried different speeds, feeds and materials and in the end these bits are far below poor quality, they should never have left the factory and frankly Genmitsu should be ashamed.

I didn't expect much for the price and I was right. Not for anything critical or important. Tried them on the two extremes of oak and palette wood, ragged and burnt both. Only bought them as some of the bigger sizes are hard to get in the uk. A trend 60 degree will cost the same as this whole set and run super cleanly for miles and still be sharper than these after ten projects. Genmitsu, just make them better and charge more. Won't be buying Genmitsu again. They are usable but only if you want to rip out some basic lettering on plywood.

These are pretty stunning for the price. I bought them because I couldn't find a single 60° bit this wide anywhere, even for several times the price of the whole set. They're not made of cheese, and each bit comes in an individually sized plastic box. That's about all I can say for them. The bits are good enough unless more than one of the following applies: you're working with hardwood; you need to cut more than about 20cm in length; the finish is important and you don't want to have to sand the charred surface. For fifteen quid what more can you hope for?

This versatile set of V-bits is really too dull to make good cuts, especially the 60-degree bit. At least they did not fly apart at 24,000 RPM. Expect some burning and tear-out. Edit: After seeing my review (or the smoke produced by the bit in my video) Genmitsu Sainsmart offered a refund. I declined, since I will actually use these. But they persisted trying to make amends, and sent me a replacement pack of the Vbit assortment. Thanks! These look a bit better than the first batch, so I hope they have improved their Quality Assurance on the production line. Havent tried them yet.

Not very good for my purpose, but maybe ok for softwood, Avoid using for Acrylic. no where near sharp enough.

Average quality but cheap

Wanted some more variety for the v-grooves in some pine tongue-and-groove paneling I'm making for a cabinet. These gave a variety of angles for the grooves where the boards meet, worked well. They also handled a little shipping issue with above-and-beyond service, so I heartily approve working with this vendor.

Vorab: Mir ist bewusst, dass man um den Preis keine Wunder erwarten darf, aber es sollte zumindest annehmbare Qualität dabei rauskommen. Diese Fräser sind jedoch das Metall nicht wert, aus dem sie gearbeitet sind. Die Schneiden sind unsauber verlötet und bilden keine Spitze, sondern ein Polygon. Dementsprechend sieht das Fräsbild aus. Ich wollte eigentlich meinen ENT-Fräser schonen, aber jetzt ärgere ich mich um die verlorene Zeit. Wenigstens ist das Material nicht besonders wertvoll gewesen, das dieser Frser zerstört hat. In den Veegleichsfotos sieht man, welchen Unterschied es macht, vernünftige Fräser zu verwenden, also bitte verhaut nicht eure Projekte mit so einem Müll! Update: Ohne mein Zutun hat sich der Verkäufer bei mir gemeldet und mir eine Erstattung angeboten und sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Für dieses gute Kundenservice vergebe ich nun 3 statt wie bisher 1 Stern. Einzig die Tatsache, dass es für die Fräser auch nach Rückfrage keine Feed&Speed Daten gibt, bleibt enttäuschend .
