Works really well. No side effects as long as I don't take it at night or I have too much energy to sleep.

I take this on the advice of my pharmacist to repell mosquitoes. Can't say I've been able to tell for sure if it works, but I rather try it than not. I also wear long pants and long sleeves. All hands on deck!

I suffer really bad all summer from bug bites. I've tried so many different pills, oils and sprays but these pills really do make a difference! Significantly! I still get bitten but where previously I would get bitten say 10 times I now only get bitten once or twice! Easy to take uut only downside is they stink and taste horrendous!
