The product itself is great, sturdy, well-made, and offers good flexibility for the price. However, I ordered the full kit which included two soft shackles, but only the kinetic rope was delivered. While I’m happy with the quality, it’s disappointing that the soft shackles I paid for were missing from the package.

I bought a brand name (AOR) because I expected correct information in the description of the rope. Elasticity is crucial when pulling a heavy car 2.5+ ton out of the sand without damaging the frame.Clearly, the rope does the job, and I could pull out a Jeep Grand Cherokee out upwards a dune which takes a lot of jerkily force. However, compared to other ropes which I had before the elasticity is definitely less than 30%. With other ropes it is smoother.
