Union on both ends. Forms easily. Good product

Used this for the connection from an old fixed black pipe for natural gas to a water heater. Worked perfect. Be aware you need the appropriate pipe compound for threads and no tape or compound should be on the flair fittings. Be aware these cannot be bent or twisted beyond their intended use. Stretching them, twisting them, or making sharp 45 degree turns will result in leaks or blockage.
