I play flute and sax, and the peg that comes with the stand works great for my flute. I ordered this peg separately, and the same peg came with the stand. So I suggest order the stand, and you'll get the peg free with the stand.

No, the supplied peg is too thick for an oboe’s Bell. You need an oboe peg.

Q: Does the peg work for a Sopranino sax?

I would suggest trying your sax with any other clarinet stand you might have access to. If that works, this will also. the flare at the base is only designed for a standard clarinet bell and the sopranino is a bit larger.
