I really like this litter
I really like this litter. I have multiple cats and it really does last a month. I use it with the Breeze litter boxes which makes cleaning litter boxes so much easier!

Using for years! Excellent Product
I have been using this litter system for many years--I guess since it came out on the market. 2006 or so. Unfortunately, it is harder to find since it is only in specialty pet stores now. And VERY expensive. I buy it here. Good price, product remains available, but like one writer, I am constantly in fear that it will be discontinued.I started with 2 cats. Now I only have one.Comments: 1. Ease of use -But I don't like the scoop. use a pair of tongs or just a bag over my hand to scoop out solids2. Use 2 packs of pellets in my box and it lasts about 2-3 months. I found that my cats liked to dig, and one pack was not enough. Adding the second gave them digging room. found that if I left the poop for a few hours-or even a couple of days, so that it dried out, the pellets did not stick. So I don't loose that many pellets. A few get tracked, but not enough to worry about.I smooth over the pellets when cleaning out the solids so that it is level. This seems to help with any odor problem.3. Odor is reduced significantly over regular box. But I live in a small apartment, have only one box. I never seemed to need 2+ because I had more than one cat. For me that was just too expensive. Now one cat one box--but still 2 packages of litter. I have added a bag of volcanic pellet rocks to the pet area to help remove stray odors--this solved the last of the odor problem (available in camping stores, on amazon, etc. )4. I have looked at overall cost. Tried to get into toilet training my cat--too hard to toilet train me! and that was actually at least as expensive as this system because of the fancy cat food cost. As with other viewers, this is not any more expensive than the others overall. The difficulty is coming up with much larger lump sum outlay every few months. Amazons' 6 pack pellets last me about a year! with one cat I change pads about every 2 weeks. I have used dog pads in the system--my income is getting smaller like so many these days--they do work, but don't have the nice ingredients that the System pads have. I use less of the system in the summer because the cat is outside a lot of the time.5. I completely clean the whole box system when I change pellets. It does have old pee on it. so I wash the whole box with a little bleach and dish soap then let it dry for a couple of hours before putting it back together. This also helps with any underlying or vague odor problem.I am a very happy camper with this system. I wish that I could have toilet trained my cat--much better all around I guess. But so little litter and waste as compared to the other litters. I do not seem to have any of the issues mentioned here that other owners have. My cat(s) took to the box from day 1. Just didn't give them a choice. The extra bag of pellets really helped. I don't have issues with loose stool or large living area or cats that don't get along (even when I had 2 of them). So I can't speak to any of those problems. I can't get down to the floor to clean the box, so it is up at about thigh height, cat jumps up, does his business and leaves a clean area. Very Nice.

Best choice when using Breeze Cat Litter System
Using the brand name Breeze Cat Litter Pellets is by far your best choice when using the Breeze Cat Litter Box System along with their Breeze Cat Litter Pads for controlling odors, simple scooping of poop's and effective urine disposal. I have been using these products for ten years for my two cats without any issues as long as you keep up with maintenance and disposal. The cost is higher than most other cat litter products but well worth it. I highly recommend using all Breeze brand products together for the best result and health for your cat(s).

Better Than Normal Litter
I love these litter pellets! I switched to the pellets two years ago and I’m still so happy with the swap. I do have to clean the litter box more often because the pellets don’t really mask the smell, but I don’t mind too much since it’s quick to clean. This is much better than sifting through clumps of waste since the urine goes straight through to the pee pad too.

Rotate the whole tray - don't flip the pad! .. plus other helpful hints
I purchased the system about a month and a half ago, so here's tips and my experience with Breeze.First off, I have 2 cats, boy and girl, siblings, 6 months old. Boy is big, 12lb now, girl is petite, 7lb. Both get free-fed on dry food, Royal Canin and get approx 3oz of Wellness Turkey each day. Before breeze, I had two litter boxes with crystal litter - Fresh Step blue crystals, same litter as in ScoopFree. I have a one bedroom apartment, both boxes are in my living room. It's a good and efficient setup, and once a week total clean-up kept the boxes nice and fresh - I'm not too big on cost savings, I lean towards clean home and happy cats. Plus, my boy is very clean, he will even go into the box after the girl and cover up.I liked the Breeze idea because of the pads that collect pee - very clean for the cats, because after a few days of peeing in crystal boxes, they do start to generate dust and turn yellow and start to smell.I got one breeze system and set it up instead of one of my crystal boxes. My boy used it to pee and continues to use it to pee about 90% of the time. I had to add a second bag of pellets in it, the boy hated he could not dig in it - he's a digger! My girl does not like the pellets, she's also very light on digging, so she uses it to pee about 50% of the time. Both use the crystal box to poop! Yes... that's a big one, because twice when my boy pooped in Breeze, it was a MESS! I mean, wow, I had to clean the scoop, pick out dirty pellets and it was just disgusting. Going forward if he decided to poop there again, I'm just going to use toilet paper, pick it out and flush. Btw, I tossed the scoop that came with Breeze, it's a joke. Now on to pee pads - I use one pad every two days - again, I'm not too big on cost, just big on cleanliness. I also have a bottle of baking soda next to the box, so I sprinkle it on the bottom of the pee tray before I put the pad in, good 1/4 inch coverage, and then I sprinkle it on the pee stains so the odor is contained.Overall, I love my setup and will keep it going forward - one crystal box, one Breeze box.

Best Litter Box Option
Dinged one star for high-than-seems-necessary price but they work well. Last a reasonable amount of time, keep odor down better than some other brands.Had cats all my life and tried all sorts of litter box solutions (except the super expensive robot deals)...this is the best I've tried.

Pellets
They claim to cut down the odor and they do. I do find them around the house, particularly near the litter box, since my cat likes to scatter them, but they aren't as bad as the crystal litter was. They don't tend to stay in inaccessible places, and certainly don't stay all over the place! Fortunately, I have a cat that will use any kind of litter, and I do realize that this is not usual.
