The uahpet pet odor deodorizer eliminates the smell by generating small amount of ozone and dispersing negatively charged ions into the air. These ozone and ions attach to some odor-causing chemicals and particles in the air giving them a negative charge so that the chemicals and particles may attach to nearby surfaces such as walls, or attach to one another and settle out of the air.

We deeply understand that there are various debates about ozone safety in home applications. In order to minimize any risks to you and your beloved pets, we carefully designed the device to produce an ozone emission concentration far less than 0.050 parts per million, strictly in compliance with the CARB standards (California Code of Regulations, Title 17, §94800 - §94810). In addition, our device comes with a smart safety biosensor to further protect you and your pets. When you or your pets are within 3 meters distance to the device, the biosensor works automatically to turn off the ozone generator and ionizer (The Blue Light flashes 3 times and then stay steady). While you are far enough from the device, the biosensor turns on the ozone generator and ionizer (Blue Light Breathing).

In addition, we have certified by FCC, in compliance with deodorant category regulations. While a FDA certification is required for food-grade products in the States.

Question 3

I returned this for a replacement for the same issue. Eventually after a week it keeps running constantly and doesn’t turn off. What do I do?

Is it supposed to work constantly?I think that's part of the function. The blue light flashes once a while. A full charged battery works about 8-10 days. I charge mine every week, and then leave it close to the cat litter box. It works perfectly. The litter box is right next to my desk, but I don't smell anything of the litter.

When there is a power short, is there a way to fix it? Mine has been working great but when i went to charge it it just flashes red and that's all
