Purchased as a gift for my husband so he could deal with basic computer issues. So far has helped him deal with accidentally saving everything in OneDrive. Only gave it 3 stars because some of the headings aren't easy to understand.

Liked it , straight forward

I was not impressed. The trouble shooting didn’t make sense at all. This could have been simpler than this. If this is for dummies I can’t imagine what you would create for idiots.

I have the 3rd Edition. It's pretty good and I could put it to use right now since I am updating my computer.
