Works great and fun to use. Dig 5-6 inches into the entrance, until you find the main tunnel. Place several of the smoke-bombs in the tunnel in rapid succession (one after the other), the then seal up the hole. It is like lighting small sticks of dynamite. The gopher gasser is the only thing that worked for me. The poison worms don't work, so don't waste your time with those.

I’ve been in an all-out war with these little underground a-holes tearing up my yard. Traps didn’t work. Castor oil? Useless. If you just pop one of these into a side trail, you’re basically giving the mole a smoke break. I took it to the next level and used my leaf blower to push the gas deeper into the tunnel system. Worked like a charm. You could see smoke coming up from multiple runs across the lawn — felt like I was flushing them out of a bunker. It’s not the most subtle solution, but if you’ve tried everything and you’re still losing turf, this stuff gives you the upper hand. Highly recommend for anyone tired of playing nice. Just don’t stand downwind.

Ok dealing with moles, gophers since I moved in 2 years ago. Tried scotts grub killer, ineffective. various other things done holes. Trub scotts grub killer a a specific brand of insect killer. Soaked and it worked two years. neighbors did not work on theres so back they came even around the sonic tubes I put in ground 20 of them. So just insect killer. Killed ticks ants etc. But stopped workings. I tried everything then I watched a video and he said grub PLus by Bayer well it stopped them dead in the yard but the strip was busy with them. So I sprayed the insect killer everywhere then it was not fast enough so I bought these mole smoke bombs. Trick is you must find an active hole and if light gets in hole they block it and move on. so go past the hole and dig in finally where it continues and place a bomb and cover immediately I put 4 in a parking strip in front of house and its been two weeks and all is quiet. The man on video said place bayer grub killer plus every two months into fall, The only hard part is its very hard to break up the hard round pellets but since it was march and I had waterd more than 2 inches then rains came and after two days it all disappeared. Their product should be more degradable in my opinion! If you can still see the white pellets it will not work. So far so good. .

Really impossible to say if these are effective in killing or deterring moles. All I can say is the moles remain.

First off I have to say I only received half of my order. I sent an email out and received a very apologetic email in return. Customer service sent out the second batch of mole gassers right away. I have been battling moles all year. Tried everything. I have one area of grass that’s approximately 20 ft by 10 ft. At one time I counted 40 places where moles had come up just in that one little area. We were getting anywhere from 6-12 new mole hills EVERY NIGHT in our yard! I bought this product here in town, and started with the new hills from the previous night. There were 9. The next day I did the same, there were 6. One more day. There were 3. I bought our store out so since the new hills were disappearing I ordered these on Amazon. I didn’t get another hill until yesterday. We are talking a month and a half with 6-12 new hills every night. Then down to nothing after 3 days of treating the new hills. Nothing for almost a month! I looked this morning. No new hills in the yard. I do believe the way I used these has been what makes them winners. I dig down and put the gasser in the hole as it says, then I take my little battery powered blower and put it at the opening and blow very slowly. Other hills will start smoking which I have someone cover and also know I don’t need to gas those holes. I think blowing the gas in the holes distributes the gas better than just throwing them in the hole and covering them. It makes sense to me. I now have new grass growing in my yard, the areas are filling in. I hope the moles are gone. I highly recommend this product and this sellers customer service 😁 *****UPDATE***** Once again this spring the moles attacked our yard with a vengeance. I used 2 packages of these. After 3 different days of me treating new holes, they’ve disappeared. I haven’t seen a new mole hill in well over 2 months! Great product.

Didn't work for me. Even used three gassers at once in 3 different holes to makes sure gopher would inhale. Ordered gopher trapper and that worked in minutes. Also disappointed that I can't return unused packages.

I have used six units. They do not seem to work. The moles return the very next day.
