Bien, el contexto es el siguiente: Cuando la tableta llegó la probé con mis programas de dibujo habituales, photoshop y clip studio, pero había un problema, en el modo de extender pantallas fallaba la precisión del lápiz, el punto se encontraba lejos de este, configuré por aquí y por allá, busqué videos y nada que lo podía solucionar.contacté por varios problemas, en el primer día buscaron una solución, pero no estaba el ingeniero ese día, luego en el segundo día contacté y me lo solucionaron en 30 minutos, ahora mi tableta funciona de maravilla en todos los programas. La persona fue muy paciente conmigo y como consejo, contáctelos desde el celular, así pueden enviar las fotos y videos de sus problemas más rápido
